About the Event

The Guest Lecture and Workshop on Exploring the Field of Arbitration and Mediation is an initiative planned with the prime aim of equipping young law students with enough skills to foster and nurture an extensive knowledge pool which they may confidently carry for perpetuity. 
A guest lecture on Arbitration and Mediation shall be held first. The guest lecture would impart knowledge of both theoretical and practical nature to the audience, so they may absorb information and be ready to apply it when required, in the face of competitions and career. 
Subsequently, a workshop shall be held the following day, where participants will be presented with a hands-on opportunity to employ what was learnt at the guest lecture. They will be closely monitored and supervised by the same eminent resource person, Mr. Saurabh Bindal, who shall share strategies and methods to handle ADR-related matters efficiently.
